Your personal staff, people that are working there are so friendy and are ready to help in every possible way!
Everything was perfect:superb room, excellent services, the staff is so friendly and helpfully and the SPA... don't miss. It was the most beautiful hotel that we stayed so far.
when i arrive, it was actually the international film festival and it is very fortunate to have a room right oppostie the film festival and from the room balcony, we can see the fireworks. it was beautiful and it was great! In general, the hotel was very clean and everything is superb it is a pity that we have to leave early in the morning and we miss breakfast.
Most of all I liked breakfasts in this hotel. Some dishes were different each day - very delicios and healthy. I also was amazed than they gave me a big package with breakfast in the early morning in the day of my departure. I liked the interior desine of the hotel. It is also good located in the center of Karlovy vary.
If you prefer to sleep with your husband/wife on a big bed, it isn't in a standart room, it is better to book suite room or lux room.
this hotel have a good swimming pool.
personal of the hotel don't speak English.
Really luxury style, nice staff, especially the breakfast waiter, nice spa facilities, spacious room, comfortable bed, good location
TV set was not working, toilet was little bit stinky, smell of smoke in the morning, missing bath robes (staff forget to bring them), missing home shoes (it was quite uncomfortable to go to spa center bare foot)
Staff very helpful. Spa, pretty good value for the money. Thumbs up for the spa staff! Very nice room, very spacious. Dinner was good, breakfast diverse and good, though fruit not specially tasty. All in all, a really special stay. I would definitely repeat.
Parking on the hotel facility can be someting uncomfortable, maybe you have to leave your keys for them to move the car. I wa lucky though, since I got a parking place with no need of it.
breakfast is wondderful
After we have the booking problem we went to a room which was already full. It was not nice to open someones room in the middle of the evening.
Very nice and traditonal, local to shops and amenities. quiet relaxing, great for romantic break.
The breakfast was plentiful and a large assortment of food items: cooked vegetables along with assorted meats, cold-cuts, chicken legs, cheeses, salmon, and much more. short walk to the colonnade and the other fountains. old fashioned european style with very modern and clean furnishings
The hot tub was too cold.
the room and the bath room are big. the bed is comfortable.
the view is not good. the staff hardly speak english. it is not near the spa area so the location may not be good for tourists, espectially for those who want to taste the natual spa.
Good location near from springs and town place of interest, very helpful and friendly personnel. Room very well designed , comfortable bed, tv with Russian channels . Various breakfast , very good choice of delicious and fresh food. Thanks a lot for good service and warm atmosphere.
Spa a bit more expensive , so I did lasne 5
breakfast meal not good, facilty like iron and lundery
the hotel front disck people not helpfull for informations about the city , also poor in English
Good location of the hotel, still in the center but a bit on the side, everything in walking distance. Very spacious & clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, nice selection at the breakfast buffet
TV/DVD player a bit hard to handle for some technical dummies like me (or my fellow travellers)...
